First, navigate to the 'Custom Feeds' section where you can create a new custom feed or select an existing one.

Once you've selected your custom feed, set up automation by clicking 'Create Automation' under the feed settings.

Now it is time to define what happens when a company matches your custom feed filters. You can, for example, send companies to your CRM, choose which person to assign an account to, add tags, or send notifications to Slack.

To avoid duplicate actions, each company matching your custom feed's criteria will be processed only once, even if it matches multiple feeds.

You can set the automation frequency to 'When new companies appear,' 'Daily,' or 'Weekly' based on your needs.

A: Yes, the automation will trigger the first time the company matches the filters. 'Send to CRM' automation will only trigger once per company, with future visits synced automatically if enabled.

A: The companies must match the custom feed filter for the automation to work. If they don't, the automation won’t trigger.
