Welcome to Leadfeeder! Whether you're a new customer just getting started, or a long-time user needing a quick refresher, we've got you covered. These tips will help you make the most of Leadfeeder, right from the start!
First, let's explore your options. At the top right, you'll find everything you need—help resources, platform settings, account switching, and even your saved Lists. It's your command center!
Now, let's navigate the app. The screen is divided into three sections: the Feeds selection column on the left, the Company Feed in the middle, and the Details column on the right. This layout helps you keep track of all the companies visiting your site, and the insights associated with them.
To filter and sort your feeds, simply adjust the date range to view recent visits or sort companies by their last seen date or quality. It’s all about focusing on what matters most to you.
When you select a company, a detailed view appears on the right. Here, you'll see everything we know about the company, from a broad description to contact details and even links to their social profiles. Remember, privacy is important to us, so we won't show you the actual IP address of your visitors.
You can even customize the information you see. Just click the 'Edit company details' icon to make changes that fit your needs. If your organization knows the company by a different name or prefers a specific website link, you can update it right here.
The Visitor Activity section shows exactly where each company went on your website, how long they stayed, and what caught their attention the most, helping you identify what to bring forward in your personalized outreach.
The Contacts section is where you'll find people at the company who might be worth reaching out to. You can filter by job title, department, or country and reveal their contact details using credits. We take privacy seriously! Both Leadfeeder and Dealfront are fully GDPR compliant. For more info, check out our Helpful Tips.
If you've connected your CRM, this is where things get really powerful. You can manage tasks, deals, and account details all from within Dealfront. Not using a CRM? No worries! You can still assign users, follow companies, or share details with your team through email. Tagging is also perfect for non-CRM users, helping you organize and track companies in Leadfeeder without extra tools.
Finally, keep everyone on the same page with comments. Whether you're sharing insights with your team or adding notes for yourself, comments help you stay organized and informed.
So there you have it—your quick guide to getting the most out of Leadfeeder on Dealfront. Happy prospecting!
