This video will help you understand the different benefits and use cases of integrating your CRM with Target and Connect. One of the main advantages is that you can easily identify companies and contacts that already exist in your CRM.

When you have a CRM connected, you’ll see a CRM logo next to companies already present in your system, as well as a link to the account in your CRM and the account owner. This saves you time by eliminating the need for manual comparisons and helps you avoid duplicate entries.

Managing inclusion or exclusion of companies from your CRM is effortless. When accessing company filters, a dedicated CRM Status Tile will be displayed. This feature simplifies decision-making by offering immediate visibility.

With this tile, you have the flexibility to include or exclude companies that are already in your CRM. Simply toggle the setting to fit your needs.

If you haven't set up a CRM integration yet, you'll encounter a teaser screen encouraging you to get started. Don’t worry, it’s free and easy to set up!

Looking for new prospects? As shown before you can easily exclude companies already in your CRM. Here is another way to do that. In Target, start a search, choose “Filters for Lists” and then choose the 'Company List' filter and exclude the list 'CRM Connected' by selecting the minus button. Combine additional filters to refine your results further.

Adding a new contact to your CRM is simple. Open the company profile in Connect, scroll down to the contacts section, and find the person. Next, select the 'Add to CRM' button positioned on the far right.

Good news! You can now send multiple companies or contacts directly to your CRM from both Target and Connect. Select the contacts that suit your purpose, then click once to send them over! 

Need more prospects like the ones you've closed? With our AI tool, you can find companies similar to those in your CRM. Open the AI tool within Target, select the 'CRM Connected' list, choose a specific cluster, and click 'Show Similar Companies.
