Export Contacts

This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on exporting contacts from Target. It explains how to export individual contacts by selecting them manually and using the Export button, as well as how to export larger contact lists by specifying the quantity in the dropdown menu. Hi! In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to export contacts from Target.

 To begin exporting individual contacts, first run your search in Target.

Next, mark the contacts you want to export by checking the box next to each contact’s name.

Once your contacts are selected, click on the Export button.

A pop-up will display showing the number of contacts you’ve selected for export, along with a note on how many credits this export will use.

In the dropdown menu under 'Select format,' choose your preferred data export format.

When you’re ready, click on the blue 'Start export' button. Target will generate and download a file in the format you’ve selected.

For larger contact lists, we recommend a slightly different approach.

After running your search, click on the Export button without selecting any individual contacts.

In the dropdown menu under 'Select quantity,' specify the number of contacts you wish to export.

Then, choose your preferred export file format from the 'Select format' dropdown.

Finally, click on the blue 'Start export' button to begin. Target will generate and download your file in the selected format.
